The "New Password" button will be active for one hour from the time of reception of the email.


If the button has expired, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "New Password"

  2. In the new pop-up window, click on the link that displays the following message: "Oops! The link expired, you can retrieve your password here" 

  3. Enter your username or email 

  4. Click on "Send" 

  5. Follow the instructions in the email you will receive with the subject: [Zapiens] - Remember password

  1. Click on "New Password"

  3. Enter your username or email 

  4. Accept the "I'm not a robot" captcha

  5. Click on  "Send"

  6. Follow the instructions in the email you will receive in your inbox with the subject: [Zapiens] - Remember password
