Company code not valid

If the company code provided by your organization is not valid, it is possible that:
You have entered a blank space at the beginning or end of the code. Re-enter your company code by hand, without using your device's auto-complete option
If you are trying to access from our web version we may not work properly in your browser:
The browsers we recommend to use are Chrome or Safari. Please try one of these two browsers
If you are trying to access from a mobile device (tablet or phone) you may not have the latest version of our App installed. Please update our App in the Stores
If after performing these verifications, the company code is still incorrect, please contact us by clicking on the "New support ticket" link, which you will find at the top right side of this article, with the following information:
Type of error: error message, button lock, etc
If you're using the web version:
Your browser, for example: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc
If you're using the App:
Mobile device model
Operating system of the mobile device
Version of the Zapiens App installed
